Custom Fit Career (CFC) is a Career Consultation service based in Los Angeles, California.
Our services include both online and in-person career exploration-based assessments with the guidance of a Career Counselor.
We aim to assist our clients by identifying their career-related strengths, and exploring compatible career options.
Custom Fit Career provides a simplified approach to the career decision-making process that can empower individuals in making informed academic and career decisions efficiently.
After completing the Custom Fit Career Program, our clients will have the option to access an “Action Plan” via “The Bridge: Academic Planning” package.

Custom Fit Career is designed for individuals at various stages of age, education, or career phase. Those who can benefit include:
Grades 10 - 12, college, and adults – Individuals exploring career options, selecting a major, or seeking a suitable career.*
Career Changers – Professionals looking to transition into a new industry or role that better aligns with their skills and interests.*
Professionals Seeking Growth – Individuals who want to advance in their careers, refine their strengths, and identify new opportunities.*
Anyone Feeling Stuck or Unsure – People who feel uncertain about their career direction and seeking expert advice to gain a starting point.*

For an individual interested in career exploration assessment(s), this is an online program.
We also provide in-person or online seminars & career exploration assessment(s) for groups of 25 or more.

Academic counseling: focuses on locating and applying to the right school, declaring a major, course selection, certificate/degree/transfer requirements, and strategies for academic success and retention.
Career counseling: focuses on career exploration, clarity in narrowing career choice, job outlook, occupation specific-information & requirements, identifying transferable skills, apprenticeship opportunities, resume building, interview preparation, and overall career readiness.

Between 1-3 weeks depending on the services provided.
The Career Development Process includes completion of assessment(s), followed by a guided in-depth interpretation of the results from a Career Counselor. Next, complete structured research and narrow career options to one by utilizing our career development process.
You will discover how your personal attributes align with occupational matches, leading to a potentially fruitful and rewarding career*
Assessments can range between 15 - 45 minutes to complete.*
Available in English and Spanish, where applicable.*

We’ve designed a package called “The Bridge: Academic Planning” for convenient one-on-one Academic Counseling and support.
This option prepares an action-plan, including guidance in course selection (first term of school), identifying the right school, certificate/degree requirements, college readiness tips , academic success strategies, options to pay for school, and a Custom Fit Career summary report including your next steps!
