Custom Fit Career is a Career Consultation service based in Los Angeles, California, designed to guide individuals towards a fulfilling career path that aligns with their career-related attributes in the areas of personality, interests, and values. Our program employs a holistic and integrated approach to the career decision-making process.
Our services include career exploration-based assessments with the guidance of a Career Counselor. We aim to assist our clients to identify their career-related strengths and explore compatible career options. After completing the Custom Fit Career Program, our clients will have the option to accessing an “Action Plan” via the Academic Counseling/Embarking Journey service.
By providing these tailored services, Custom Fit Career targets to empower individuals in making informed academic and career decisions. Our goal is to provide our clients with an in-depth understanding of vital career elements and match to their unique career journey.

Grades 10 - 12, college, and adults – Individuals exploring career options, selecting a major, or seeking a suitable career. *

Custom Fit Career provides tailored career assessments and Counseling (Career/Academic) to help individuals align their interests, skills, personality, and values with a fulfilling career path.

Each assessment can take between 10 - 45 minutes to complete.

The Career Development Process includes gathering data by assessment, followed by an in-depth interpretation of the results (Career Counseling), and a review of where these factors intersect for you with the guidance of a Career Counselor.

We’ve designed the “Embarking Journey” for one-on-one Academic Counseling and support for returning and new customers seeking personalized academic guidance. As a returning customer, this option prepares you to go beyond your Custom Fit Career Program with an “Action Plan”.
