SkillScan Career Assessment Certification (SCA) (In Progress) SkillScan

A certification that enables a Career Counselor to guide in career exploration and assist individuals in identifying their transferrable skills, strengths, and areas for development. The SCA certificate prepares Career Practitioners to possess the skill and knowledge needed to effectively administer and interpret SkillScan assessments along with incorporating other key assessments to strengthen the client’s self-awareness as well as improving career decision-making.
